Order Preparation and Delivery Times
Orders are prepared Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) and dispatched within approximately 24 hours after payment confirmation.
The indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays, peak periods, or weather conditions.
Orders placed after 14:00 (2:00 p.m.) will be shipped the next business day.
For example, an order placed at 17:00 on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday and delivered via Express service on Wednesday or Thursday.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check its status at any time.
Customs and Taxes
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as outside of Spain, may be subject to taxes, duties, or import fees upon arrival at destination.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please note it on the carrier’s delivery slip and contact us within 24 hours at info@goalsforhim.com or call +34 617 850 267.
If the package cannot be delivered due to causes attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, etc.), the order can be reshipped once the corresponding shipping costs have been paid.
Please note that we work with different courier companies, each with their own policies.
If your order is shipped via Correos, and delivery cannot be completed after two delivery attempts, the package will be available for pickup at the designated post office or delivery point for 15 days.
After this period, if the order is not collected, it will be returned to the sender. The company will not be responsible for uncollected packages. If you wish to have it reshipped, the corresponding shipping costs must be paid again.
