Stronger legs

Patience

The first thing is to set a medium-term goal; give yourself 6 months to start seeing truly substantial changes and don't give up even if you don't see results at first.

Important rule

It has to be your coach and no one else (the Internet is not a coach and will not look out for your health) who decides which routine you should follow.

Remember, any exercise routine must be personalized because each individual has unique conditions and limitations.Routine

What we can recommend is that you divide your leg work into two days. This way you will better target each muscle you work.

One day can be front leg work, and the other day the back part.

Calves

And don't forget to include calves. These take a long time to grow, they're not very rewarding.

But there's nothing less attractive than a man who works his legs and has the calves of a 5-year-old.

Nutrition

It's important that on leg days you don't skimp on food...

Eat plenty for muscle growth... consider it a reward for your hard work.

Rest

And sleep...

You need a lot of rest for muscle regeneration.

Last tip

Never (ever) skip leg day. 💪
